Do you know the reason why there's no noise from the headset?

I'm still new to this area as far as XBOX ONE is concerned. There's only a noise from my pc (screen) but no noise from my headset other than 'chat'. Do you know the reason or whether I can change it to possible white (the noise comes from my headset instead of my pc).
