I had all models of the playstation. And I can say as a die-hard playsi fan. The controller is for the barrel. The arrangement of the joysticks is dirt. Your thumbs always get in the way. The xbox controller is much better there. And with xbox and playstation you can stream equally well. It shouldn't be a problem either. The xbox has the advantage of crossplay. Buy an xbox anywhere game and play it on pc and xbox. But buy it only once xD

A PC also has advantages, but I find it more fun to play with a console, it always excites roughly that you ask a question about consoles and then all the PC kiddies come running and scream PC, PC, PC 🤦♂️ I have NEN PC and PS4 and for gaming I would always prefer the console even though the PC has more power. The only game I play on the PC is GTA5 because you have an InGame chat there and can communicate better, that's the only game that I enjoy more on the PC.

What games? XD there's the cross platform title. And the exclusives. The former comes on all consoles. The latter only for one. If you e.g. Uncharted gaming you need a playstation, as an example. Do you want to gamble gears of war, or forza. Do you need a xbox.

Depends on. Which console do you already own and which console do your friends play on? Which controller do you prefer (although the PS5 controller looks almost like an Xbox controller)? Which exclusive games are you more interested in?
