DDR5 has not yet been released. What you mean is probably GDDR5 and GDDR6, which refers to graphics memory.
It has GDDR6 RAM. This is different. DDR5 is coming soon.
DDR 5 chips are currently under development. As I understand it, the X series uses GDDR 6 memory, which is then divided between the CPU and graphics card.
