If I want to redeem Xbox live code it says I already have it and I can't use it either and "Subscriptions" doesn't cancel abenoment
If you bought the card in a shop and entered the code but there's a mistake, you either got the membership or it has already been redeemed… It is only a subscription if you get the gold WITHOUT a code, that is, you are on it store and would have taken out a subscription there otherwise no subscription will take place!

I have a 10 euro code for 1 month
Then you have to enter the code behind it in redeem code so if an error occurs it means it is either redeemed or you have xbox live gold already trying to play an online game to check it.
