Is it possible to copy an MC world to a USB stick?

I would like to buy a Minecraft Realm on the XBOX One.

But my friend has the world that is supposed to be the realm.

How do I do that best?

As far as I know you can't use USB sticks with the Xbox ONE that is a protection against modding. The easiest way would be if your friend buys the realm.
