If you mean Forza Horizon 4, then yes. Forza Horizon 4 is a digital version of a Play Anywhere title that can be used on Xbox One AND PC, no matter which store you bought it from. The disk version, on the other hand, can only be played on the intended system (Xbox One only on Xbox One, and PC only on PC).
