Gta online always crashes?

I recently have the problem that the gta 5 online always crashes. I recently got a new Xbox one S. The connection only breaks when I have played for 2 to 3 minutes. The message "The connection to the session was interrupted by an unknown network error. Please return to gta 5 and try again later". Can someone tell me what I can do.

Bad Internet connection. Restart router console times.
