Pc stronger than Xbox Series X & Ps5?

Would a PC with an RTX 3070, Amd Ryzen 7 5800x, B550 Gaming Edge Wi-Fi and 16GB Ram 3600mhz be more powerful than an Xbox Series X and Ps5?
