A few days ago I was lucky enough to get hold of an Xbox Series X on Amazon. It is a bundle with the console and the 3 month pass Ultimate. I had also received the code directly by email. The console is scheduled to arrive on June 1st.
For personal reasons, I would now like to cancel the order. If I choose both, I won't be able to cancel it. If I just select the console and not the code, it doesn't work either. So it will boil down to being delivered.
Since it was also a bundle with this virtual code, can I send it back? Or do I have to keep the console and code now? Or can I just return the console, but not the code or neither?
I also don't want any comments "Sell them on the internet if necessary". I didn't ask that.
I'm desperate and hope someone can help me.
