Do you need internet for Watch Dogs Legion?

Hello I've just seen the watch dogs legion (disk) for a bargain for Xbox One at Otto and want to access the only problem is that I have no internet at home and want to know if you need internet for the download or something?

You need internet to download the updates. I don't know whether you need an internet connection in-game.

Yes you need internet. Otherwise your game will not be up to date and will be bugged until you can no longer.

Every game gets updates. Bug fixes, new features etc. Isn't it obvious? If you don't download this, the game may not work properly or something major may be missing.
