My kekeless teacher wanted to detain me on Friday due to repeated homework not done. When I told him that I refuse and I'm not bothered, he was angry and threatened me with not appearing with penalties in the next time I get respect forced. I did not itch and I just did not go. But now my dad went mad in my room and took away my xBox One for the rest of the weekend! Dude, I could still kill him that's why! As a reason I got the following: "Greetings from the teacher!"

Yes, he can and yes, he can turn to your parents if you do not do your job. If you still think him stupid and refuse, he can turn to the Headmaster and he will pronounce you a severe rebuke. Then it's in your student's file.

Well, there were any requirements for detention - this can only be done if I actually miss teaching.
In BW, students are allowed to make up for undocumented assignments in a follow-up lesson. Everything right.
But then this must be called "rework" - there were regulations. At least they were completely crazy with us in BW and have always had to say that very clearly.
