PC, definitely.
After that (from the current generation) the Switch would be my next choice, then the PS4, then the Xbox
The ps4 gave me too many problems and would end up being more expensive than a budget PC. Xbox supports at least some cross platforming and the switch is unique with all the exclusive titles and it is a trading console
I love to support this concept. I'm hoping for a future console that can keep up with Xbox and Playstation.
Xbox offers more upgraide options. As soon as you are more or less familiar with your console, you save yourself a lot of chargeable accessories. The controller feels perfect for racing games and just fine for fps.
