Xbox one s not repaired after 4 repairs, is that normal?

Moin have already sent my XBOX ONE S 4 times to the MICROSOFT REPAIR SERVICE and each time the console broke again after a week. I was told at support that I should connect my console to a wall socket and that didn't work. The XBOX ONE S makes a rustling noise when it starts, I don't know what that could be.
