I have had a PayPal account for years which I rarely used and it has been blocked for about 2 years. I called several times to clarify this, but they don't tell me more than "You have violated the terms of use". When the employees looked at it, they also told me that they could not find anything illegal. I sometimes transferred money to my account and ordered pizza, bought the gamepass for the Xbox, or received small amounts of money from friends. I didn't do more and read the rules several times. PayPal thinks that would be forever but it can't be. Every now and then I need PayPal because that's often the only payment method besides credit card, but I don't have that. I don't have any debts on it either. Is there anything else you can do?
Were you a minor when you registered or is it still (wrong date of birth specified?)
Then it can only be because you were or are a minor or gave an incorrect date of birth when you opened it.
When buying online, did you not pay via "goods and services" (fee), but through "family and friends" (free of charge)?
It all went straight through the pages.
Is there anything else you can do?
Well, you could work here and answer the questions as to whether you registered as a minor with an incorrect date of birth.
And since you don't answer this question - for whatever reason - the answer is actually clear.
So be prepared for a life without PayPal.
Were you 18 years old when you signed up for Papyal?
>> if you were a minor, the blocking is legal. PayPal will then no longer want to do business with you because you have violated the terms of use.
I actually answered that, and then it didn't work. I was 18 when I created it. So I didn't give the wrong date of birth. I only got my Ec card there.
Something must have happened, PayPal is not blocking someone for no reason.
So sit down, write a real letter on the right paper and send it to PayPal.
It can do something, but it doesn't have to.
And if not, then that's it for you with PayPal, they are consistent.
