On xbox one or ps4 it is almost impossible to have mods installed. On the old consoles this was possible with jailbreaks. But there's nobody who has a mod menu or any other cheat on the xbox one. To put it all in writing: No, nobody can give you money. Nevertheless, I can understand that the vehicles and real estate are very expensive and you have to grind for days to be able to afford something like that. The mod menu tutorials on youtube are fake.
