Pokemon sword with Pro controller?

I have a question. Can you play Pokémon sword with a Pro controller?

I have the stupid problem that I have drifting Joy cons on both Joy cons & because Nintendo can't manage to make better Joy cons, I wonder if you can play Pokémon Sword & Shield with a Pro controller.
