I have a question about Nintendo Switch Online. Nintendo Switch Online has not really worked for me for a few months, especially the multiplayer mode is no longer possible. I switched from a Vodafone GigaCube to the Telekom Cube last year. Since then it has ended. I would especially like to play online with friends. Is there a trick that could be used if necessary so that I can finally play with my friends?
Is the switch completely offline or does "only" the multiplayer mode no longer work?
Do you have access to the shop etc. And are updates loaded?
Do other devices have similar difficulties with the Speedbox?

I can use everything on the console as far as possible, just I can e.g. At Animal Crossing do not look for other islands or receive visitors, then there are always other consoles that do not answer. This also affects other games where the same message comes.
If the switch itself has an online connection, it seems to me that the problem is more with the server or the Nintendo account.
Any port releases or similar, as is required with other consoles, is not necessary with the switch (personal experience).
Shot from the hip, I would try to reset the switch or reconnect to your account.
If that doesn't help, I would ask Nintendo support if they have an explanation.
