I'm mainly a PC gamer (I love to play multiplayer) but would also like to play story games on the console (mainly single player, third-person & platformer). Which console is worth the while, which is not too expensive and on which I can play good story games (mainly play multiplayer on the PC)? Consider between an xbox one and a nintendo switch / lite. Can I play many / all story games on the switch lite?
Apparently everyone is against the Switch, but I like the Switch a lot, not the Lite.
For example, Zelda is a great title and only on Nintendo. If you already have a computer, I think Switch is the best.
Playstation is also top because of exclusive titles.
XBox is not worth it if you have a good computer
Why is the switch dirty? I'm always thinking about getting a Ps4 (because of the games) but I'm unsure because I mainly play multiplayer on the PC and a switch lite would be enough for me (by the way) but I'm unsure about the games.
Is rather impractical.
Switch Lite is really inflexible. Fixed controllers and so on, and since the controllers keep breaking, it would be nice to be able to replace them.
But the Swich is awesome if you like the games.
Yes, I'm just wondering why everyone hates the switch here. Am considering whether I get a Ps4 or a Switch / lite. Although I can play many games that are on the playstation on the pc until a couple of ps exclusive titles, only that it is not so with the switch because you just can't play games like mario or zelda but I don't know whether that is for me it is worthwhile because there are unfortunately too few nintendo exclusivs and it takes years until nintendo bring out new (only) nintendo games.
Yes, but unfortunately there are too few Nintendo titles and until they bring out something new again and whether it even hits my interests is always difficult although I love mario and zelda games very much
I think Nintendo has a lot of exclusive titles. If you like them, maybe not everyone is his world.
But the Playstation also has really cool exclusive titles.
the best thing to do is to compare the exclusive titles with each other and then make a decision.
Remember that the Switch Lite does not work on the TV and hold the built-in controller.
Personally, I never gamble on TV, but I'm still happy to have the right one.
A Switch Lite would be enough for me but I don't know what kind of games you can play on the lite. I just want to get a console when I e.g. I watch something while I have something to do (I get bored quickly and always need something to do). Therefore, sitting at the PC when I watch something is a bit inappropriate.
You can play anything on the Lite just like on the real one.
But I advise you against it anyway. There was a lot of fuss about the Joy-Con controllers, because they break so often, and if they break on the Lite, you can only send in the entire switch. Instead of just buying new controllers.
But if you want to gamble while you watch something, the switch would be more appropriate, right? Unless you have 2 TVs, one for Playstation and one for watching something.
Yes, I also find zelda and the mario titles very interesting and it's just more mine and something like that I can play something in bed or on the couch while I watch something would be nice because I get bored quickly and need something to do while watching TV, series or films it is inappropriate to sit at the pc
I understand, then treat yourself to the Switch, but not the Lite if you can.
2 televisions would be too much xD
Is a ps4 still worth it?
I think so, I'm currently playing Majora's Mask on N64.
And that's a lot older. I don't think that's important. As long as you like the games, the console always works.
But you can also play PS4 games on the PS5. So the PS5 would of course be more worthwhile
It's just stupid fanboy talk
Definitely (at the moment) PS4 Pro, the games that are available on PC and Xbox One are mostly available there, plus all the Playstation exclusives that are hardly accessible. I only play Flight Simulator with the PC because it is not yet available on Xbox. Otherwise the PC is a workhorse for us.
In my opinion, nothing to gamble with in a cozy living room
