New gaming desktop for PC & PS4 / PS 5?

Moin together, the following problem:

I would like to buy a new gaming desktop with 1 ms and preferably with WQHD and 144 hearts. My problem now is that the PS4 only resolves to Full HD and max. Can represent 60 fps. That means for the PS4, the desktop would not really bring me anything, except for the lower response time.

Now I would like to know whether this could lead to problems when gaming with the PS 4 or whether everything just looks as it has up to now?

Since the PS5 is supposed to come out at the end of the year, which can display 4K and probably more FPS, I have a question: Suppose I now buy a screen with WQHD resolution, but the PS5 can only do Full HD or 4K, the resolution would be still look better when I use the 4K settings?

Or all summarized: is it worth a WQHD 144Hz with 1MS gaming desktop to optimize gaming for the PC, PS4 and PS5 within my means?
