Ps4 controller only works in safety mode?

Hi, my ps4 got stuck today I could switch it off, I pulled the plug, then the controller did not work but it lit up and in safety mode it worked normally. Don't know what to do? I've already tried it with a cable, in security mode I've already reset the default settings, the controller already.
