With the PS4 it is so that a DNS error always occurs during the Internet test and then often leads to server crashes while playing
I restarted the modem several times and reset it to factory settings once but it didn't change anything?!

I would call unitymedia and ask them to check the feed to the house. If there are no errors, you can at least be sure that the error must be in your house and then see further.
Simply connect the devices to the LAN… If the errors are gone, it's because of the WLAN, so change the channel. Best on 2.4 GHz either channel 1.6 or 11, depending on where there's not much going on…
With the PS4 on the router, you can in any case open all the necessary ports, which they are, by googling.
