I assume you contacted Unitymedia Support right after the internet was gone, right? What do they say about that?

Just keep complaining, I would not wait there for 1 month. Tell them, if they can't handle it, you quit, because they do not perform the contract.
Had something synonymous: I've called and the support could not help me. Called few days later and told me that something goes wrong with them and they would restart it from the outside and then it worked out well.
Wi-Fi is not the internet!
Wi-Fi is only the connection from the router to the devices by radio.

We have a three-storey house 😅 at the bottom of the cellar the first floor is corridor in the hall are 4 rooms (2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 storage room) is again n hallway there's 1ne kitchen 1 bathroom 1 huge living room the router is in the hallway in the first floor there's nothing in the way what the signal can disturb my parents are mostly in the floor where the router is and they even have bad Wi-Fi but they say they have better wlan in the lower area with us is exactly the opposite we have in the lower floor bad connection and the upper floor better connection as a solution we have a repeater brought, however, that also helps nothing we always have the wlan symbol garkein one to no bar even though we have a repeater extra for the signal

Take 50% of W-lan signal. Because routers give off a bullet wireless LAN. The repeater intercepts a part of it and gives off again a ball net. Therefore, the Half Wlan network is missing.
