PS4 no internet?

I haven't had internet on my ps4 for five and a half hours now, and whenever I try to reconnect there's an error message "(CE-37813-2)"

when I go to party or something, it says that the server connection is not possible, and the error message "(NW-31201-7)"

I would really like to play with my friends now, but that doesn't work.

I suspect that the WLAN signal is simply too weak, but the PS4 is already as close as possible to the router (approx. 7m air line, two not very thick walls in between.) and it still doesn't work.

The PS4 was now in the place for about half a year without any problems, and in front of it about 15m airline + 3 walls in between from the router without any problems, so I wonder what that could be.

You are not alone. The servers of PS4 are probably busy due to the quarantine in many countries and my guess is that Sony blocks the users tough to keep the servers running.

Do you have a premium account?

I just have the trial version of PS Plus (until March 28th) but I will get a one-year extension right afterwards. With my sister on her PS4 it works.

With me today, ps4 and the entire Wi-Fi network in my house was dead, now works again

It actually goes everywhere, just not with my ps4

I think he means PS Plus, as I wrote above, I have it for a few more days.
