Will PS Plus themes remain after the subscription expires?

Just scrolled through the themes or * designs * of the PS4 in the shop when I noticed the Persona 3/5 Dancing Themes.
These are only available through PS Plus… Unfortunately.
You lose access to games after your subscription expires, but is the same with themes?
Because if not I would buy a month and bag the free themes, I would do anything to have Emo-Jesus on my main menu of the PS4.

Yes they stay. I also downloaded RDR2 and 20th Anniversary and still have them. You only need PS Plus for the games.
