Adapter with which I can connect the PS4 to my screen, where at the same time my PC is connected (only one plug, DVI)?

I would like to connect the Playstation 4 on my screen (only 1 DVI connection, no HDMI or others), but it also runs on my PC at the same time. So I need an adapter that allows you to connect the PC and the PS4 on the same screen with only one DVI port. Means: The adapter needs an HDMI port, and a DVI port.

Now my question: Is there something like that? That you have to change the image of the screen with the remote control, so to speak, and then you see the PS4 image instead of the PC? Please with link or product name

Hdmi to dvi is not a problem, but you can't possibly connect both signals in parallel to the monitor. There you still need a Umschaltbox.
