When is a hobby still a hobby?

I have a rather unusual question. I have a lot of interests and hobbies. Besides my full-time employment, I often don't know where my head is. I do a lot of sport, live with my girlfriend, with whom I would of course also like to spend time.

I also like to gamble on the Ps4, I'm a big football and ice hockey fan. I read a lot of reports there and watch my team's games, and the other games too. Like to write in forums about the games and news of the respective sport.

There are days when I get so stressed out that everything doesn't feel like a hobby, but more like work. It shouldn't be, should it?

For a while it went so far that I got up at 6 a.m. On the weekend, gambled, then went to the gym. After a session, I went to breakfast or something like that with my girlfriend. At lunchtime I watched ice hockey and in the evening we visited friends. Later in the evening I had to read reports for the next game day in the nfl, because I play fantasy football too.

Do you have any tips for time management or do you know it, and have suggestions or whatever.

I hope I was able to get it across in a reasonably understandable way.

Stay healthy!

I agree.

You have to find out what you still really enjoy and give up the rest as a hobby, or at least limit it.
