New Ps4 Games Problem?

I would like to buy a new Ps4 because I can't play at the current games because of my brother. (We share the Playstation) We bought most of the games without CD and on his account. However, he shares this with a friend so that he can play his games, however, my brother has activated primary Ps4 on ours. There's the problem, if I activate Ps4 on my new then my brother could not play, that will not work. But I could not be in my brother's account all the time as his friend plays in this one. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?
