I have ordered a ps4 with PayPal installment payment. I have to pay for 12 months. I have a new email address and want to change my PayPal email, is that possible?

Change email address at PayPal - that's how it works
Call up the PayPal website and log in with your user data.
Click on the gear symbol next to the "Log out" button.
In the "Personal data" sub-item, click on "Update" in the "Email" line.
Select the entry "Add" here.

Changing your email is no problem. You should then receive a confirmation from PayPal. Has nothing to do with the deposited bank details.
