I'm looking for Christmas presents for my children, 4 and 7 years old. Do you know which game console is best for both children? PS4 too early?

Of course it's too early. Your kids are at an age where they primarily play outside.
I think I would wait a little longer with a game console, maybe a little early.
but if so, then maybe a nintendo switcj is good, as there are more family-friendly games to buy
I'm happy with my switch - but I'm 20 and not 4-7. At that age, I would probably hardly be able to play the games without a lot of help.
In my opinion, no console should be under the floor for children of this age.
Please no electronic games, the children are tied to home even more and they get even more stimuli that they can barely process.
Give a table game that several people can take part in; this promotes family sociability and strengthens cohesion.
Do something good for your children.
