I bought the game "Warface Breakout" for 20 euro and wanted to play it. It is an online-only game. When I tried to find a round, I couldn't find a game. The game is just dead. I just can't find anything.
So I bought the game for 20 euro and I can't play it. Can't you ask for your money back or something? (Games on Ps4)
As far as I know, you can't "return" games that you bought on psn if you bought them on psn
No, if you buy games from the PS Store, you can't cancel this.
It is better to always read the terms and conditions when you conclude such things, then you do not have to ask. I'm only telling you that in your favor.
The terms and conditions are far too long, nobody would read them.
Also, I just googled and it works if the game doesn't serve its purpose.
That's your problem if you don't read them, don't google, better read.
The game serves its purpose, just because nobody is playing it is no reason my dearest.
You can get the game refunded within 14 days. This then falls under the right of withdrawal. You will then have to fill out a special form.
Here is the link what you need to do: https://www.playstation.com/...n-request/
Remember, only within 14 days!
Okay thanks. Just bought it yesterday.
Once you have started downloading the game, your right to return the game expires. I and a couple of friends had spent 30 euro on Day Z and couldn't give the game back, even though the game was extremely flagged and often crashed. The support had even held us out for several days and had no intention of giving us the money back.
Too many questions unanswered:
What does the support say? Download error? You don't have the appropriate configuration? Login failed? How did you pay How old are you?
I wrote to support that I bought the game for 20 euro, it's a pure online game and I can't play it because I can't find any rounds.
Categorized it under bugs because I just can't play it.
I'm also 16 years old and paid for it with Paysafe.
I stated that I was 18 and if there was any trouble I would just ask my parents.
Support has not yet responded.
How did you get DayZ for 30 euro? I had to pay 50 euro for it. Was it on offer for you?
Ok, Paysafe is allowed from 16. However, you have no customer protection there.
Say you are 18, of course not.
Your parents could possibly object to the purchase because you are not yet fully competent. However, at 20 euro this is such a thing -> pocket money paragraph.
Wait and see what the support says.
Okay, I hope it works because it sucks to throw 20 euro away.
Yes, it was reduced to 30 euro. But it's still way too much money for a game with such performance problems, apart from the fact that the three of us didn't even manage to find each other in the game because there's no real card or something.
There's an app on the mobile phone with the DayZ map. You then have to find signs in the world and then you can orientate yourself with the map. Then you've fixed one of many problems, but there are more. I have to say that I had a lot of fun with the game, but also a lot of hate phases with the game.
