Ps4 strange image error?

I have a strange picture with my Ps4 again. What can I do? I have already replaced the HDMI cable. I restarted everything and also unplugged and plugged in all cables. But nothing helps. Do you have any ideas what I can do?

I have already restarted. And it was just there when I switched on the Ps4.
