Telekom fon has an error message can one

So I have been trying for several days on my ps4 to buy the Telekom hotspot pass by cell phone contract (o2) everything works well until it comes to the TAN I then enter the tan and then an error message that I have linked here can please me help i need this access urgently

The message comes right after entering the TAN, right? Have you tried logging in or purchasing the pass directly with your smartphone?
