These are the analog sticks that start to tremble over time and then trigger movements i like to repair these controllers these sticks would have to be unsoldered and replaced so rather new controllers if you can't by chance
The analog sticks are drifting for several reasons. It is possible that a lot of dust has accumulated on the sticks in the controller and is therefore being pushed away. It can also be that the sticks or the motherboard is broken / defective.

I have too. Get a new one. Doesn't have to be an original. The transparent ones from Saturn last longer.
