Controller L3 not working?

I usually have another controller, but it's not with me at the moment. Now I have connected the Ps4 to another (never paired with my ps4). Can't sprint with the L3 stick, however. It works, but for that I would have to press the stick very, very hard, I'm not used to this from my old controller. So I took a completely different used controller (the same game) that causes exactly the same problem. Again, I can't sprint, only under very hard pressure.

First of all it's not because of any settings I've already tried everything. Even resets the controller…

Can anyone tell me if he has ever had a problem? I completely despair here, it can't be the same error with 2 different controllers?

Is it the original Dualshock 4 that is also included in the Ps4, a licensed controller from other major manufacturers such as Razer or Nacon or is it a non-licensed controller from some no-name manufacturers?

A completely normal original Ps4 controller

Hmm weird. So with the Razer controllers I know that they have such problems very often (I exchanged mine 7 times before I gave it back because of such problems) and with non-licensed controllers I wouldn't have been very surprised. So with a Dualshock 4 it could possibly be because the mark fell on the floor or that the mark was hit on something in a tantrum, as is common with some people when gambling. If you shake the controller, can you hear a rattle? Can you no longer move or press any button or a stick so easily or too easily? If not, try this: when you turn the controller, there's a small hole to the left of the screw on the top right. Put something thin, but not too pointed into it (like a toothpick where you squeezed the tip on a table so that it is flat) and carefully press the button inside until the controller goes out. Connect the controller to the Ps4 by cable and then press the home button, maybe it will work then.

All buttons work and nothing rattles. That surprises me so much. I've already tried the reset, too, doesn't work either.
