Come back from a trip and wanted to gamble online.

High ping / packet loss leads to severe lags and connection problems.

Ping: 58 m / s
DL rate: 9.7 mb / s
Even so, downloads run as usual.
Does anyone know this problem? Online games will be impossible on the PC!

The download rate has nothing to do with the ping. Ping is only the time that the package needed. If all packets arrive 80ms later, that does not change the download rate

If you mean mb Mbit, 9.7 are pretty little. Depending on the game, this could cause the problems. For example, Apex Legends would come with the download rate to its limits.
Since you say "unplayable," I do not think the problem is actually your ping. 60ms are pretty bad, but 17 updates per second should still be enough. If it is actually on the download rate, it would be quite noticeable.
