Why is my internet like this?

For a week now my PlayStation has been weird. I'm always kicked out of the party due to network errors although my internet is very good. At warzone I'm often kicked out due to network errors. Sometimes when I'm in a party with a friend I can't hear them and they can't hear me either. Sometimes I even appear offline, even though my profile is online.
Can anybody help me further?!
