Full HD 60 FPS Stream loads on my PC?

I just notice that on my gaming PC, a Full HD 60 FPS Stream on Twitch loads every 5 seconds even though I have 50K cable and on my phone that does not charge. Does my PC need more Wi-Fi for it than my phone?

Yes, the PC has a higher data throughput. The data is desktop optimized and not so heavily compressed.
