Are Twitch streams uploaded directly as video?

I would like to stream You can use any music with the stream. Problems can only arise if it is uploaded as a video. Will the stream be uploaded because I will eventually do it?

You can do this in the Twitch channel settings. I'm not entirely sure whether it is on or off by default.

And no, you can't stream every music.
