I have been streaming on twitch for some time and have now been invited to the affiliate partner program. Now it's like that I'm in an apprenticeship and yes, every part-time job I want to do first has to be clarified.

No, a business has to be registered. This must also be reported to the training center. At most, you can pass as flirtation, provided that you can be shown that you spend all of the money on streaming equipment. Then you don't have to register a trade, but then it's not really a part-time job either.
