I've been thinking about myself while playing for a long time. Why:
If you look in the comments for any review of, for example, Red Dead Redemption 2, it is noticeable that a majority of the players get too much realism about too long travel routes. Even if you watch gameplay on YouTube or Twitch, it is noticeable that the players jump from one mission to the next.
On the other hand, I really enjoy the beautiful ambience, the sometimes very great realism. I spend hours trying out the landscape and the interactions with the game world. That's why I think it's a shame that in some games you just can't devote yourself to everyday things. That really throws me out of the game flow. But why are today's gamers so hectic / impatient? Do you just want action all the time? Am I an exception if I enjoy the relaxing "intermediate activities"?
Looking forward to your answers!
Because not all gamers retire or live from HartzIV, so they don't have that much time
I don't think you can generalize that completely. Nowadays it is not uncommon to buy a lot of games and then want to play early. But if there's a mega game like RDR2 in terms of content, then other games have to be neglected in time.
It used to be normal that you bought a game and felt like you had 100 hours of fun with it. And for some it is still the case, but many games come out in a short distance and you either have to find a priority or just take a look at some games
You just enjoy the game to the fullest. Frantic players would never discover all the Easter eggs. A good example would be gta. So many hidden and exciting areas or personalities. You would definitely be one who would discover something like this more than others
Maybe that's because many people hardly get any confirmation in life. So try to get a success as soon as possible and ignore the beauty of the game world. But that was just a little quick thought so please don't hack around.
Mortal argument ^^
"Because not all gamers retirees" what? I don't know now why you should go through a game just because you have a job.
I think you didn't understand what I mean
You could actually think that 😂😂😂
