More money with Twitch or Youtube - as a streamer?
Neither of them. The big bucks are advertising companies behind them. And you can't just go in there like at a job and bang, money arrives. But you have to laboriously work your way up over the years and be better than other streamers.
Definitely with Twitch when it comes to streaming
I do not think so
So why do you ask?
The donations on Youtube are much more and have a much, much greater reach. They may also get special deals that they don't stream on Twitch
For me, Twitch is the best streaming platform. The donations are different for everyone.
The question was not what you think is better, but who gets more coal with the same number of subscriptions
That depends on the audience.
If you want to make a ton of money from streaming, you need to prepare for the fact that it will take time. Prepare to be active on other social media and create content because you won't get popular just from streaming. It's hard to be spotted on Twitch right now because there are 6 million streamers live every month. YouTube could be a better chance. Even so, you need to have other social media like Instagram, Twitter or YouTube videos and get people to watch your stream from there.
I would multistream on two platforms to see what works. Don't get Twitch Affiliate when you're little - it won't make you a lot of money and prohibits you from streaming on YouTube at the same time. To make money, I would rely on audience donations and micro-sponsorship direct from brands on platforms like inSTREAMLY. This is good because it works on both platforms at the same time.
