Wanted to buy ne Xbox on Ebay, seller accepts PayPal as payment. But I have just seen that his account has only been registered for 2 days, which usually indicates a scam (spam mails etc.).
If I get cheated, will I get my money back 100% (I don't use Paypal Family & Friends)? Has anyone had experience with something like this?
Fraudsters do not allow PP W&D, they always want FF. PP buyer protection is tough, it has to provide proof that it has shipped to you. For example, this could be a DHL voucher. So usually no scammers, but there are also those who put a lot of effort and actually send a package to you, just with different content. To secure yourself, it is best to film directly from acceptance until the product is unpacked

Ebay classifieds is only safe with personal delivery.
Ebay classifieds is full of fraudsters who know ALL the tricks to rip off others - especially with PayPal payment.
If there are any problems, PayPal Buyer Protection will probably help you, but it is not 100% secure.
