Xbox one has strange picture?

Have turned my Xbox One back on for a week today. Now you can see such a picture as shown in the picture. I have already tried image adjustment and other contrasts. The HDMI cable isn't either, since I've already tried another one. What should I do now. Or what's the mistake?
