My favorite is the MSI because it has 165hz, 10bit color depth and 100,000,000: 1 contrast.
The monitor must, 32 inches, at least 120hz, WQHD, 1ms response.
MSI comes highly recommended
Would you or those who read the aoc prefer the 319 euro MSI if it costs 250 euro or is the price performance (60 euro) better with the aoc?

MSI is of course a good brand, but I have an AOC myself and it's also top quality. So if I had the choice between an MSI and an AOC with the same specifications, but the AOC was cheaper, I would go for the AOC without hesitation. I haven't had any bad experiences with it so why not.

Just for information, the 1ms response time only tells you how quickly a pixel can turn into a different color, e.g. If you move the mouse.
