No picture via HDMI?

I have my new PC connected to the HDMI monitor and get no picture, laptop does not want synonymous.

If I connect a NEN FireTV stick, then the monitor works perfectly. Same with the Xbox.

The monitor works!

I connect the PC to my TV, but then I have a picture.

Computer works too!

If it is not s.Monitor / PC, then it is either s.Cable or the connection.

I have 3 cables, all work with the Xbox, the PC but it is not enough
