What is the Playstation 5 ssd for?

The Ps5 comes out at twice the speed of the Xbox series x. What do you want with an ssd that is 5.5-9gbs fast? Loading times are of course hidden.

Both consoles have an ssd. The ps5 is more than twice as fast. But at 500mb / s you hardly notice the loading times. And the ps5 has 5000 per second.

Memory and its speed is not everything.

The graphics card or, in the case of consoles, the graphics chip is primarily responsible for the quality and refresh rate, as long as the processor can fully utilize them.

Games are loaded quickly with SDDs anyway, and even the fastest SSD won't help if the servers lag behind.

I myself use M.2 NVMe in the PC and still notice the loading times xD

Yes whether you have gta with 11 seconds of loading time or 15 with hdd it's just 1 min
