Internet? Download with kb?

Hello when I'm on my Xbox one I download a 20 GB update with 30-60 mb (which is our standard). When I do a 1.70gb update like now, I download with an inconvenient 50kb. What is this and how can you fix it?

You are not necessarily the only one who uses bandwidth on the line. The data rate can drop at peak times.

In the case of updates in particular, there may be a high number of requests on the servers of the update provider. Then the server does not keep up and the download rate suffers.

What can you do about it? Download at a different time.
