Why is there no Super Mario series on Playstation 4 or Xbox, something like Mario Party would be something cool or not?

Super Mario, like Mario Kart and Zelda, is a Nintendo exclusive. If all of the Nintendo games were available on other consoles, there would be no reason to buy the Nintendo consoles.

All rights for Mario and Zelda are owned by Nintendo and they will do their best to sell their strongest horses to the competition.

It is part of Nintendo.
And I personally do not necessarily need a brightly colored multilayer.

Mario is the mascot of Nintendo!

Just like Crash is the mascot of Sony or the Master Chief is the mascot of Microsoft consoles.

I want to say that all Mario games will only be released for Nintendo in the future. For example for Zelda, Pokémon, Donkey Kong.

Mario is a character from Nintendo, if not THE character. That's why you can only play Mario games on Nintendo devices.
