What do you prefer to play?

he

I'm for Playstation and Nintendo Switch

My main console is the PC.

Of the other options, I'm not interested in the Xbox and I only have the PS4 because of a handful of exclusive titles and as a BluRay player.

I find the switch much more interesting

Om

And preferably Dead by Daylight.

Te

DBD is a great game!

Om

That's true.

Le

PC Master Race, as the saying goes.

Because of exclusive titles, I also have a Nintendo Switch, which I really like.

When it comes to games, Xbox and PlayStation m.M.n coincide too much with the PC.

fi

It's the same with me xD likes this setting.
Only that I have a BluRay player anyway because of the new surround system. But exclusive titles are important to me.

Pr

In between I played with the PS2 / PS3 / PS4 and the Xbox 360 / One. But primarily with the PC. Now I still have an Xbox One and only for the few Gamepass games that are not unlocked for the PC. Since I can currently use Xbox Game Pass Ultimate free of charge via Microsoft Rewards, it is very worthwhile. But I no longer have the old consoles. You can now emulate all old consoles up to the PS3. So I have e.g. Demon's Souls also played.

There's simply no single advantage of the consoles over the PC. And everything that the consoles can do, the PC can and mostly better.

For the past 5 years I've been in PC vs. Console scene on the road, nobody managed to name an advantage that I could not refute. I exclude handheld consoles, the only advantage of which is that you can take them with you, because you can't do this with all normal consoles. The handheld has other disadvantages.

In retrospect, I regret that I used so many consoles because they cost me unnecessarily. Except for the PS2, I could use it as a DVD player and it was a fantastic machine.

"There's simply no single advantage of the consoles over the PC"

The games run on the console simply because they can't do much else. On the PC you play a game with 60 FPS until the new driver for the graphics card comes. Then suddenly it is only 50 FPS. Then you delete the driver and reinstall the old one. Yikes, but now the brand new game doesn't work with the old driver, so reinstall the new one.

(Unless you have installed a slightly more expensive graphics card, then you only play with 70 instead of 80 FPS)

Disprove that.

Pr

"The games run on the console simply because they can't do much else."

Apart from the games that don't just run, of course.

"On the PC you play a game with 60 FPS until the new driver for the graphics card comes. Then suddenly it's only 50 FPS."

Nope. 1. Not generally and 2. Only with a few games.

"Then you delete the driver and reinstall the old one. Yikes, but now the brand new game doesn't work with the old driver, so reinstall the new one."

What happens with vlt 10 games out of around 30k available games. The brand new games also run with old drivers. Most often, new drivers optimize for the brand new games so that certain techniques can be better implemented. Still they run. And I've had that with a lot of drivers that nothing has changed.

"Refute that."

Ro

"Apart from the games that don't just run, of course."

Which don't run?

"Nope… Only with a few games."

Contradiction in itself?

"What happens to vlt 10 games out of around 30k games available."

I had two games on my computer that had exactly this problem, i.e. A quota of 100% Forza Horizon 4 and Battlefield 5.

But I wouldn't say done.

Pr

"Which ones don't run?"

So I should now explicitly name games that are not running or have problems etc. While you did not mention any?

"Contradiction in yourself?"

No. It's not my problem that you ignore point 1. Your statement was a general statement and I denied it.

"I had two games on my computer that were experiencing exactly this problem, ie a quota of 100% Forza Horizon 4 and Battlefield 5."

So that's how statistics work now? You tried 2 games of potentially THOUSANDS and because that happened in exactly the 2 games, does it apply to everyone? And if I tell you that at min. 300 games wasn't the case for me, is that still 100%?

"But I wouldn't say done."

For every normal thinking person it should be done. It is not my fault that you partially ignore or misinterpret my statements and then use the wrong methods.

Ro

Count the 300 games, then I will test it.

Pr

Sure, I'm writing down 300 games for you now. Just assume all the normal games that most people play. You can look at the Steam Statistics and buy and test every game.
