Steam Bully graphics are very bad?

I bought Bully on steam a few days ago. The graphics of the game look extremely bad. I'm of course aware that it is a game from 2006 and generally does not have the best graphics, but I have compared it with other people and with the Xbox version and suspect that something is going wrong (see picture).

If relevant: I'm using windows 10 and have a relatively powerful computer.

Does anyone know how I can make the graphics a bit better?

Look in the graphics settings and screw everything up there. If this is already the case, there's probably no error. Games generally differ from individual platforms (PC vs console). If the game was released for the XBOX at that time, it was also specially made for them.
